  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery time:

    • UK, Australia, Canada & USA: 5–10 business days (on average).

    • Other countries: 5–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.


RETURNS
Every purchase is protected by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the day you receive your order.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days. Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

  • Condition of returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return costs: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exclusions: Certain items (e.g., clearance items, personal-use/hygiene products) are not eligible for return.
