Is the payment secure?

Can my order be delivered anywhere?
Yes. Snubpaws delivers worldwide, and standard delivery is free on all orders. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your country (please see our Delivery & Returns page for details).
How to cancel or edit an order?
If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately using the form below. Be sure to include your order number and details of the requested change.

My order has not arrived yet, how can I track it?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order directly (check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see the email).
I have a problem with the order I received, what can I do?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will resolve the problem quickly with either a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
